The slope in the morning
Runs 1C and 1E are right above the hotel: ski down and you are home. Rest in the afternoon and get ready for the night, no taxis, no shuttles.
The New Year ski pass is the most expensive of the season and is bought online in advance: the desk has a queue on the 31st.

There is no kitchen in the apartments, but dozens of restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away. Book a table for the 31st back in November.

The tree and the festivities
The main tree, a concert on the stage, music and nativity plays in the center of the resort, a few minutes from the hotel. Party, and five minutes later you are back in a warm apartment, no taxi, no shuttle queue.
The 1R view apartments look onto the floodlit slope: you can meet midnight from the window too.

Nobody knocks on the door in the morning. A banya with a birch broom or a hot vat a few minutes’ walk away, and in the evening the floodlit runs above the hotel, if you have the energy.

Skiing across the resort by day, every sector linked. Concerts on the stage in the center by night: on the holidays they run one after another, the line-up is on Bukovel’s website.

Where to spend New Year in Bukovel
On New Year’s Eve Bukovel sits in traffic, and taxis and shuttles run out before the party does. From 1R Apart Hotel everything is on foot: restaurants, the tree, the banya and the lift. Our own generator keeps the light, heat and Wi‑Fi on when the resort has a blackout.
Holiday accommodation without a banquet
There is no banquet or program at the hotel, and that is a plus: nobody seats you at a shared table at ten. A restaurant, delivery to the apartment, the crowd by the tree or a quiet evening for two, whatever you like best.
What to do in Bukovel on December 31
Skiing on the runs above the hotel in the morning, the cable car, the Ferris wheel and Hutsul Land in the afternoon, a restaurant table in the evening, the tree, a concert and the festivities in the center of the resort at midnight. The holiday concert line-up is on Bukovel’s website. On January 1, a banya or a hot vat at VODA Club a few minutes from the hotel.

The New Year days carry the season’s highest ski pass rate, so buy online in advance rather than at the desk in the morning. The floodlit 1C and 1E right above the hotel keep running after the mountain closes. Your own gear stays in the ski room, rentals are nearby.
